Please help our sports program by submitting an Arizona Tax Credit Form in the front office. Identify H.L. Suverkrup as your preference and select Athletics/Sports for the extracurricular activity. We thank you in advance for your support.

A Note to Parents
 
  • Students may not practice without turning in a permission slip.
  • Parents must make arrangements to pick up their student in a timely manner after practice.
  • Participation fee: $1 per student, per sport played (please call 373-3500 to speak to the Principal if you cannot afford to pay the student fee due to financial hardship).
